To claim that financial contributions for wearevitae.org's lawsuits flow to Vitae AG or its founders is essentially TO ACCUSE THE LAW FIRM ‘ELEGIS’ OF BEING COMPLICIT IN FRAUD. In fact, from the inception of wearevitae.org it was clearly stated that IF it turns out that Vitae AG was in fact a scam, wearevitae.org will turn against Vitae AG and its founders. But after more than THREE YEARS of judicial investigation, the Belgian Justice Department has not PROVIDED ANY BEGINNING EVIDENCE for its serious accusations that Vitae could have been a Ponzi or pyramid fraud.

Wearevitae.org has contacted the newsletter "Behind MLM" that in 2021 - without the slightest evidence - spread messages about Vitae being a scam. “Behind MLM” is completely anonymous and apparently spreads its own fabrications without checking them.

Consequently, these 20,000 members are demanding hard evidence for the claim by the Belgian judiciary that Vitae was a so-called "Ponzi or pyramid fraud".

Please note: to date, after more than three years of judicial investigation, the Belgian justice system has not yet provided any evidence that Vitae was a Ponzi - which is what Behind MLM also claimed without providing the slightest evidence!

Without hard evidence of fraud, wearevitae.org will continue to pursue legal action for compensation from the Belgian state for closing the Vitae platform. Because the members of Vitae have suffered moral and financial damage as a result of the Belgian authorities taking the Vitae platform offline.
